I occasionally accept customs requests for the glitter clovers. Please reach out to see what my availability is. I have regular shop updates with ready to ship hooks every other Friday.

Shipping:

I ship Ground Advantage or UPS which includes insurance of up to $100, if your total purchase is more than that and you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email me or message me on IG immediately so we can get that arranged.

If you do not see your country listed on my website for shipping, please let me know and I can get it added.

Once the package is in the hands of USPS/UPS it is completely out of my control. Any claims that need to be done through USPS/UPS must be done by the purchaser, but if you need help with the insurance claim please let me know. I do not reimburse for lost orders due to the shipper. Keep in mind insurance will only cover the amount that was selected, so if your order was $250 but the insurance you selected was for $100, that will be the maximum covered.

If the item doesn’t look to be damaged in transit, but there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can see what we can do.

I do not cover any type of physical damage on any of my items.

Additional Info:

All of my hooks are sealed with multiple coats of UV resin, there has been the rare instance where an allergic reaction has happened, washing the hook in warm water with dawn dish soap and setting out in the sun has worked well for fixing that.

Please also keep in mind that although resin is very durable, it is not indestructible. Multiple drops can cause cracks and breaks in the finish of the hook.
